Mediation

My hourly rate is $300.00. You pay for my time and my time only. I do not charge an administration or scheduling fee. There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee.

I do not charge for travel time in Orange and Seminole Counties.

Mediations are generally scheduled for a half day or a full day. Half day Mediations will be billed a minimum of two hours. Full day Mediations will be billed a minimum of four hours.

PIP Mediations may be scheduled for ½ hour, and billed accordingly.

Litigation Management Mediation

Litigation Management Mediation can be very effective in complex cases. Mediation can facilitate an appropriate schedule that can streamline presuit or pretrial discovery. Coordination of document production, disclosure of witnesses and experts, deposition or sworn statement schedules and confidentiality provisions can all be mapped out before a dispute gets litigious. Litigation Management Mediation saves time and money for all parties who would otherwise postpone the progression of a case while awaiting trial and appellate court rulings.
